Ordering
When placing an order, it is the client’s duty to double check the items to ensure the order is correct.
Each order is subject to product availability. If the product isn’t available a replacement product will be suggested or given in the same style and price range.

The prices on www.inner-pieces.com are all correct unless stated otherwise by a member of staff. Inner Pieces have the rights to change prices at any time.

Once an order has been placed on www.inner-pieces.com a contract has been entered and we will accept this by sending the product/s to you.

 

Delivery
We deliver to London and areas inside the M25 motorway for a standard delivery fee as seen in the bottom of each quote.

Outside of these areas, Inner Pieces services may cost more money for delivery and have longer lead times but will be advised on quotation.
The delivery date will be agreed once payment has been made. Delivery times are only an approximate and if an item is delayed due to stock issues Inner Pieces will endeavour to supply a replacement item in the meantime. We will try to inform the client of any stock issues and the earliest possible time.

A delivery fee will be agreed on the quote.

A congestion charge will also be added if the address is within the congestion charge location

 

Installation
All installation will include assembly of products ordered, rubbish removal and hoovering. If anything extra is needed on site please let a team member aware and we will quote for any extra works needed.

 

Payment
Inner Pieces accepts BACS transfer and all major credit card payments with 2.5% charge excluding American express.

 

Cancellation policy
Any contract can be cancelled with 7 day’s notice. If there is not 7 days within the date the contract is agreed and the installation date this will need to be discussed directly.

 

Change of items
If an item would need to be changed Inner Pieces has the right to charge £100 for every time returning to the property.

Mattresses can we changed free of charge if not comfortable for the client but this does not apply to size change.

 

Stock availability
All stock items are subject to availability. We will use our best attempts to ensure that all items quoted are available on the expected date of delivery.

We reserve the right to discontinue any listed item without notice, either temporarily or permanently. Please note we are not liable for any modification, delay or discontinuation of any listed item.
