Sophia’s passion for Interiors was sparked when she started her career in the competitive London property market. Working in the dynamic London residential sales and rentals scene, she developed how to quickly identify what’s needed to sell and rent properties quickly and effectively. After 10 years of agency work, Sophia joined another venture, working with Ff & e and interiors for two years before venturing out on her own. Fuelled by her passion for interiors, she completed numerous Interior Design courses and bridged her knowledge and expertise of the London property market to set up Inner Pieces.
Sophia’s vision for maximising your property’s style and value is simple. She believes in:
- Clean lines and minimalist furniture.
- Detail orientated: Bursts of colour injected through prints, cushions and other soft furnishings.

Katherine realised her interest for all thing’s Interiors and attention to detail when she was designing a small living area in a wood Tec studio during her secondary school years. Using a glue gun to stick all the fabrics together little did she know this hobby would be the start of her passion in Interiors.
Fast forward through school years studying creative subjects Katherine then went onto successfully achieving a BA Hons degree in Interior Design Decoration at Southampton Solent University.
Landing a role of Interior Design assistant upon completing her degree, Katherine immersed herself into the industry working on a broad range of projects from high end private residential projects to commercial communal areas. The years since completing her degree she’s continued to learn and loves the technical aspect of design as well as the creative.
Katherines passion lies in seeing the potential in environments; creating beautiful spaces that not only look good but feel good to be in.
Top styling tips includes
- Embrace dark finishes: dark doesn’t make a place feel small
- Interiors reflect personality: don’t be scared to express yourself
Ella
Interior Designer
Ella’s keen visual eye and passion for Interiors started at a young age after she was brought a broken dolls house to restore. She developed her skills by studying at the National Design Academy where she received her qualification in Interior design. After studying she moved to London- the hub of interior design and started her career interning at various Interior Design companies until she landed her first role as a junior designer.
In the last 7 years she has been designing high end residential properties across London and also styling homes for sale. Over these years she developed her technical and visual composition skills to create exciting and on trend designs as well as bespoke upholstered furniture. Ella then branched out to take on a role as a Project Manager, she oversaw the furnishing of multiple units in large developments and HMO’s for international clients from Hong-Kong and Shanghai. By joining Inner Pieces Ella has reconnected to designing and has been working on many exciting new projects for residential and commercial use.
Ella’s top interior design tips involves:
- Using multiple textures to create depth and personality to a space
- Inject greenery to your home where you can by using floor plants and trailing greens on shelves
Emma
Interior Designer
Emma knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in interior design, continually redecorating her childhood bedroom and always opting for antique markets instead of clothes shops, it was clear she had a passion for interior spaces.
Graduating last summer with a degree in Interior Decoration, Design and Styling from Plymouth College of Art, Emma’s passions in design lay with colour, texture and pattern and their ability to transform interiors. She loves the power a designer has to evoke emotions based purely on spatial design.
As a design student she has worked on a range of projects in the commercial and residential sectors, including restaurant, hotel, workplace, residential and textile design. Emma has since begun her career creating freelance work for clients whilst interning at various Interior Design companies to develop and hone in her industry skills.
Emma’s top interior design tips involves:
- Don’t forget to consider the design of your ceiling in any space, it’s the fifth wall that’s often overlooked
- Always maximise natural light, it not only has an impact on how a space feels, but how you feel in it
